Famous Blogger Club is honored to interview Brandon Cox, he is a pastor and he design logos and websites. And because we are so much lucky.. Brandon is also a blogger, I love his Life Here and There blog, it reminds me with My Life Thinking blog, Oh.. Ok OK! I will stop talking now and give the microphone to Brandon, I am sure that you will like to communicate with him, I personally would love to meet him in person one day because guys.. This guy is really different and really intelligent. So you better enjoy the interview with him on Famous Bloggers.
Q. Tell the world something about yourself and what you do in life?
Brandon: I’m Brandon Cox. I am first and foremost a Pastor, but I also design logos, websites, and I blog all over the place. I am married, have one daughter and my second child is on the way and I live in Bentonville, northwest Arkansas, USA.

Q. What was the story behind your Blog? (how you start Blogging – since when – how did you named your Blog).
Brandon: I started my first blog way back in 2004. It was a Blogger blog simply called “Pastor Brandon’s Blog” and I used it at the time to communicate with members of my church. In 2005, I took it a step further and named it “Life Here and There,” so named because I aim to talk about life here (the everyday things) and there (heaven). More recently I’ve been blogging at my design portfolio site, another creative design blog , and my newest addition, We Blog Better. I am also part of the Fuel Your Blogging team.
Q. Have you earned any money from been a Blogger? (How you did it – add links to useful websites for making money.
Brandon: I’ve earned a little bit of income from blogging but have only recently made the attempt. For years I simply blogged for personal reasons and in the last couple of years it’s become more of a financial pursuit. My greatest successes have come from writing about premium Wordpress themes and I’ve collected a little bit of AdSense money along the way along with a few directly sold ad spots. I would still say, however, that my greater pursuit in blogging is simply to expand my online influence and write more and better articles. I’ve also flipped several blogs and have done fairly well each time.
Q. Would you tell us about ONE of your famous posts? (Why you think it’s famous.. it could be because of “content – traffic – comments – search engines”)
Brandon: I would say that one of the most interesting posting experiences happened on accident. Shortly before the USA presidential election of 2007, I created a post using a free Google tool and simply named it A Live Election Map from Google. It instantly shot to the front page of Google’s results for “live election map” and still holds the #3 spot in the results for those search terms. That was the highest spike in traffic my personal blog has ever seen.
Q. If I asked you to suggest ONE Blogger friend to send him/her a Famous Blogger Club invitation, who you will suggest?
