Famous bloggers club has the chance to interview Mona the founder of RebelliousArabGirl blog, I can say she is a very smart and intelligent person that I read for her since long time back, Mona call herself “the world traveler with a unique history”! Q. Tell the world something about yourself and what you do in life?
Mona: My name is Mona, and I am an Arab girl living in Canada. I am a Computer Science graduate, and I work as a web application developer.

Q. What was the story behind your Blog? (How you start Blogging – since when – how did you named your Blog).
Mona: I started my blog on my 25th birthday; December 23, 2005. I started it as a place to write out my thoughts about many issues that bothered me about my culture and life in general. I didn’t really think too hard about the domain name. However, I did buy the domain name 6 months earlier without hesitations. I didn’t know what to do with it, and then I decided that I really needed a space online to vent! Unfortunately, my blog title caused its fair share of ridicule, but I didn’t care. I stuck to it, and it is almost 4 years old!
Q. Have you earned any money from being a Blogger? (How you did it – add links to useful websites for making money online – If NOT then tell us why you blog)
Mona: Yes! I do every month! I was accepted to the blogherads network. They pay very well for great blog targeted advertisement. I also sell link+description space, and small graphic ads on the sidebar.
Q. Would you tell us about ONE of your famous posts? (Why you think it’s famous.. it could be because of “content – traffic – comments – search engines”)
Mona: My favorite post is the one that caused the biggest debate, highest comment count for a post ever on my site, and it got featured on other blog networks. “Arabs marrying non-Arabs.”
Q. If I asked you to suggest ONE Blogger friend to send him/her a Famous Blogger Club invitation, who you will suggest?
Mona: I would suggest Five Blondes, Their blog is so cute! They are 5 Canadian sisters that are known to be the Five Blondes growing it. They use their site to talk about their life, and keep in touch with each other and the world. Adorable truthful blog. My fav!
